No one's forgotten, it's just so many of us have been around since BRK had nothing but debt. Pretty hard to be optimistic when you look at all the operational achievements since and so many SH are in the red.
Monetisation Event... we'll see. If it's a JV, hardly what I'd call a monetisation event. What it will do is deplete all our funds and take well over 12 months to get back to where we are now (excluding any loans from the bank).
What we need is new investors and from what I hear/read, no fund manager/institutional investor will touch us unless we consolidate.
