WC8 at $300m+ fully diluted(todays close) is too high, based on FMG nearology of a deposit with no proven JORC.
At the peak, near 50c, the valuation was near $700m(with not a single drill hole) which is surely one of the biggest resource bubbles in history of the ASX!
