First assays are average at best. I don't know of any project that is viable digging over 100 metres of cover to get to 0.6% lithium. My gut tells me that even that 0.6% is elevated due to being down dip. Look at AZS down dip results and compare to cross section drilling. Grade drops from 1.5% to 1%.
I'm glad you have made money. I do hope that you have taken profit along the way or at the very least are free carried now. I'm happy to miss one winner and avoid 10 losers by doing DD.

15 million ton at 0.6% is not a viable project. Will see when the true width results come out. I think there will be a few dusters and the width of spodumene won't be close to the pegmatite width.
