here’s my theory,
I reckon what is happening is shorters are anticipating a major retracement in the share price due to the 3.5 cent placement coming out soon.
And also buy the rumour sell the fact on the Assays.
However they haven’t taken into consideration the shrewd management team as most placement was taken up by vendors and management and the balance would have been issued to long term holders. If this is the case long term holders would be right up to date with everything and would of already sold whatever stock they wanted if they needed funds, so this stock would be replacement stock,
So IMO I don’t think much is going to come out and shorters have got this horribly wrong.
Also if the Assays are good we saw what happened to AZS 58 cents to $2 once Assays announced, and they only own 60% of the project and don’t even have a mi ing licence yet.
So in short - shorters are about to lose their shorts
The share price with successful results and shorters try to cover could get a frantic lift and as a consequence of this combination we could rally to test $1 very quickly
