    Just checked WBCN will be exchanged 1 for 1 with wbc, so sgb holders should have there full allotment of wbcn shares. The stupid thing is at present opening prices wcbn shares are 15.15 and WBC are 16.20. This will probably change but potential for a bargain if you want to pick up discounted wbc shares IMHO.
