It's also hard to know how much production will actually increase by, given management prefers being opaque and incommunicative vs transparent about where current production sit so its hard to guess what, if any, increase you can expect until production confirmed by revenue/shipping numbers.

RE being already priced in, hardly. If you extrapolate last quarters profit and give a normal junior copper producer PE you would expect a share price 5x to 15x at current production. We are not 5 to 15 times current because we have management that attempted to raise an obscene amount at an obscene discount, underwritten by major shareholder such that they would have likely gained effective control of the mine. So no one trusts them and what they will do next.
