RESULTS OF TAKE OVER PANEL ACTION

so all the hoo hah last year over the rights issue effectively resulted in :
1. Preventing shareholder from participating in pro rata rights issue at 3.4c with a 5c option (based on a view this would unfairly benefit the underserting shareholder3. Tasnim?); and
2. Preventing Tasnim from underwriting the rights issue;

Leading to

1. shareholders selling sub 3c ; and
2. A private placement to two select shareholders at 4c.

Would love to know who the sub 3c sellers are and what their motivation was for not selling when the average price was around 4c last year.
Expectation ? Sentiment? What has changed since last year beside the fact that the gold price is at all time AUD highs?
