i am not accusing any particular person of being worried, it seems to be the sentiment of a lot of posters that they are not too happy with the way things are going.
I think intestinal fortitude needs to be used in this case. we will all be rewarded in the end, we have good managers on our board. they have done this before and they know what they are doing. If we are still having ramp up problems then it would happen no matter who is in charge, just be glad we have Ashley at the helm and not some half baked idiot who has none of his own money invested in the company.
