As mentioned by others I guess they’re taking a calculated view that the IRR within CDC has the best value right now out of the portfolio of companies - either that or they value having the majority shareholding that gives them better control in steering the business how they want going forward.
I’m sure there will be more commentary either in an individual release soon, if not in the next set of results.
