According to AFR - Infratil and Future Fund had 60-days to utilise their pre-emptive rights to match CDPQ's offer at the $16B+ valuation.
Despite the share price sliding from ~$12 to $10 of late, demand is still strong from third-party acquirers in the data center space. Longroad will be weighing on this too, nonetheless.
At stated here previously and echoed by countless others, current share price is counterintuitive.
