If we are percieved to have paid too much for Bon it will create dilution once it goes through, or directors conflict of interest too apparent? Either way 5.5c for BON seems to be the value desired ATM. Could be justified in raising this if
UCL's bid was more credibly higher but think we are stuck here till we get it out of the way.
News would break this control but imagine they will hold this back till its a done deal. Why do they bother? surely people see through these games and realise the true value paid for Bon will be the value of MAk when we hit 100% not 51%?
