Paying 9% dividend at current levels is ridiculous under-valuation and pure mis-pricing. A hige disparity between reality and fantasy; mainly due to govt intervention and market behaviour. I have bought today and very pleased with my purchase. It is making more net profits that Westpac but undervalued by $10 billion... that is approximately a mis-pricing of 30% - mainly due to fear mongering by govt agencies.
I believe Telstra s fairly valued without media ho-hums around $4.00 anything less than $3.50 is ridiculous sub $3.10 is ludicrous.
