Too big a matrix to speculate on. *How much do they care about oppy holders or would they prefer to keep the company undiluted now because for cash they can trickle UMC shares into the market. *They could also issue options to purchase UMC shares at a later date rather than sell eg 25c options for 2 years to purchase at 1.60 would give them 5 mill cash *They could scramble across the line at the 11th hour on the back of Copernicus reopening, good uranium assays or strong visibles from their next U drilling. *UMC might carry them across the line on their own acc by getting to 1.30 or more.UMC drilling results and a continued bull market would do this
