I think 4/7 was a "wouldn't it be great symbolic timing" date for test loop, rather than absolute set in concrete.
I hope it does happen on 4/7, but let's face it, SLX is not known for sticking to dates! Maybe as it is now GEH, 4/7 may be a better bet, but it will happen when it happens. If sells off on 4-5/7 as a result of no announcement, that would be a buy opportunity as we know the test loop announcement must be soon thereafter.
