Watching the close always interesting.
Yesterday took hardly any volume to close 10 cents lower than daily average (approx).
Today, sell volume twice increased to match buy volume (as buy volume increased during match) + 1 share so that stock closed lower (5.82) rather than 5-10 cents higher.
Looks like someone trying to put a lid on it? Not sure why and I am partial to conspiracy theories!!
Lower the prevailing price, higher the apparent takeover premium is one scenario that fits the facts...
