Probably for the same reason as all of the other companies that don't update, because they don't care what shareholders think, we are just gamblers financing their lifestyle while they see if there is anything out there.
If there is nothing they will keep milking with cap raises until the money stops and if there is something, they will drag there feet until the share price looks like a true penny stock so all their mates can jump on board right before the big announcement and they will get rich through the back channels.
Probably for the same reason as all of the other companies that...
