Yes, you can buy the shares at 7.5 c and hold the options exercise a t10c. However, if the Sp is less than 10c at end March 2025 they will be worthless. if the Sp is over 10c you can exercise them (convert them to ordinary shares) by sending 10c per option to management. They will remind you about a month out. Since the options are unlisted they won't be tradeable on market. I assume they can be transferred for money off market but it would need a willing buyer willing seller.
If the options are out of the money i.e. less than 10c I think you can still exercise them but of course, you would be able to buy the heads (ordinary shares) for less than that anyway.
