I can point out 1 error in Mayne's article - MLE/ d'Albora Marinas do not own the Cruising Yacht Club at Rushcutters Bay. d'Albora own the marina next door, which is called d'Abora Marinas Rushcutters Bay and is about 1/3 the size of the CYC. Most people know the CYC as the club that runs the Sydney to Hobart, one of the most famous ocean yacht races in the world. Mayne makes some very good points, shame about the facts.
