re: paterson's the underwriters! - bad move. Paterson's will want to see a low VWAP for 11-15th Feb, they get $150k regardless plus pick up shortfall on $3M value of shares @ 85% of VWAP for those 5 days ie very cheaply. The more it falls the less likely shareholders will take it up. A 5-15% margin over the maintained over the SSP price will be enough to see Paterson's immediately dump with their even's being upto 15% below market, if they put clients into any shortfall they'll let 'em dump at a loss. Whoever thought this one up was either incompetent or its something else!
