Yep - 8c for Directors immediately prior to a market sensitive announcement, 13c for other shareholders. Very fair indeed!

Better governance elsewhere. CAH looking interesting again (remember its hedge which is massively in the money) and SAR now has all the funding required to develop its mine.

I still like AAM from a value perspective, but the recent developments have caused me to sell and not buy back. For the record this is not sour grapes - I sold at 20c and made a good profit, I just don't support the way the capital raising was handled.
