    It is this Friday and as far as I know its an EGM, called for the purpose of the various share issue approvals. My proxy form is in. I have voted no to resolutions 1, 2, 3 and 5. I bet manmagement is quaking in its boots, LOL! (I have a very small holding. :-) )
