Couple of interesting things out of the booklet:

- cash after raising will be approx 21 mil (quite beefy)
- offer will be capped at 3 mil (section 9. This puts an end to speculation it will be like the last rights issue, where they went over quota)


Its annoying its not prorata - I dont think alot of people could justify sending them 15k only to receive 2k or 3k worth of shares (with luck).
