You are right on Ubid ,why we bothered to try a cap raising with the JV needing our full attention to complete and get the benefits promptly I don't know...!?
Sure we spent big IMO on tech surveys which seems to have caused the cash burn , but neccessary for good planning.
It seems that a little patience was needed here and focus on the JV.
Once in place it will be a different ball game, as we all can see..
