If the "Silicon Barrier Breakthrough" can be proven on an industrial scale then ATC got a desirable tech / products.
As they are confident to get the funds for the plant in Schwarze Pumpe they obviously got the problem solved. Not sure if Iggy is presenting these results to the major players to get a partnership or if he wants to continue to do it alone by using financial investors' money ( Green Bonds / Government funds ).
Time will tell.
