That assumes no more than 3000 shareholders taking up the offer. So what if more of us do??If they've maxed it at $7.5 million and we're each alloted a min of $2500, the numbers don't stack up and somethings gotta give.
I would not be surprised if they increased it to $10 million.I think it was flagged in the substantial holding notice this morning on page 4:-
......"Proposed Share Purchase Plan means a share purchase plan to be implemented by the Company to raise up to A$10 million(or a lesser amount agreed by the Company)under which shareholders in Australia,New Zealand and Canada on the relevant record date can each subscribe for up to A$15,000 for Shares in the Company at the Subscription Price".....
