I just rang BMN and spoke to the company secretary ... he has been associated with dozens of SPP issues, and said that he had NEVER seen more than 50% of shareholders take up an offer!
Amazing! I queried that, but he was adamant that we should be OK. I said what IF 80% did take it up ... and he said there would be NO increase in to the $7.5 mill.
