Is it just me or does the share purchase plan proposed by BOW...

Is it just me or does the share purchase plan proposed by BOW seem screwed up. If you have a million dollars of shares in the company then you are entitled to buy up to $15,000 of shares at $1.25 -- WOOOOOO HOOOO an extra $1000 of value for the huge decrease in value to your stock.

The guys that have $5,000 of shares in teh company can buy the same amount $15,000 at that discount aswell. This is a great way for teh comapany to demotivate larger investors from putting their cash in the company. I for one am considering bailing out on principle
