share purchase plan - new ruling

Dear all,
Please be aware that from now on, ALL companies when making Share Purchase Plan (SPP's) announcements, the RECORD DATE MUST BE BACK DATED TO ONE DAY BEFORE THE ANNOUNCEMENT IS MADE.

Many of us took advantage of future record dates from announcmements made by companies, giving us ample time to buy small quantities of the stock, thus giving us the discounted price entitlement that was the same entitlement as long term holders.

This no longer can be played.

You must now hold the stock, BEFORE the announcement is made.
