You probably need to look at market Cap to see if overall value has declined as the number of shares on issue has been rising . MC will go up another $7 mil with this raise if the SP stays at 1.6 cents . Was up to $100 mil 4.8 cents before the recently decline due to the HP deal not showing fruit could bounce back strong if that picks up
