Again this is not their only source of income, Justin Miller has a few business and David Cannington is a director of several companies, so paying them this money for not even their full dedication. Money is not really hard to come by for these guys, yet they are happy to take millions out of the NUH , when we are in desperate need of working capital. And then to have the gall to stick your hands out and dilute holders again at SP lows, asking for more cash, from shareholders that have not seen a profit from years invested, and we are yet to see if any of them will actually fork out $1 and participate, it doesnt leave a good taste in your mouth as a shareholder.

They should all participate to the full amount possible, would give the market a sign of confidence that they believe they are going to get a return, might actually get sentiment to change. At any rate they need to cut costs some how, I know it would probably be the last thing to see but would be amazing for them to say to shareholders they are willing to take a reduction in pay (maybe only take 200k a year, poor souls) until revenue is back up and the company is financially stable.

But thats wishful thinking, they wouldnt do that would they, no shame in taking 1000s of shareholders money and none of them getting a return, yet you live lavish on a large salary and then when it looks like it might go up in smoke, stick your hand out and ask for more.

A failed SPP might be a good wake up call for them to stop sleeping at the drivers seat and biting the hand that feeds them. They will be forced to tighten the spending.

I agree with your post in entirety. DC selling his shares 6 months ago has also left a sour taste in my mouth and most likely most shareholders. It will be interesting to see what the take up is.

Disappointingly, I think Nuheara will be taken over some time this year for a fraction of the cost to what was possible if growth had occurred over the preceding 24 months.
