Based on the number of securities available in the placement and assuming most would chose the $15k allocation, only 83 people will be able to participate for the full amount.
MEI can then announce a heavily oversubscribed placement back to the market...
Unfortunately, I think this will limit the the price from running in the short term, as investors will wait for the SPP sell-off to finish.
I'm also slightly concerned about ex-directors dumping some stock too..
