    so, the spp was undersubscribed, so they extend the date, do some cold calling, hard sell, whatever, now its oversubscribed and scaled back?

    i will say that doesn't sit well with me considered i took up my allocation early in the piece.

    can anyone tell me how the scale back typically goes? ie same percentage across the board? or only on last ones in?..

    don't think i'm gonna like the answer
