Sorry, I thought that you were indicating that No. 4 broker had bought on your behalf and that they were intending to claim the stock from the selling broker. Is that not the case? Please take the time to explain it as I am extremely keen to understand the status of a failed purchase, resulting in a lost opportunity to participate in a SPP. This is not the first time that I have lost out and previous investigations had led me to believe that you could not make a claim of that nature
