According to the offer letter you had to be a
''holder of the company's share with REGISTERED addresses in Australia or New Zealand as at 7.00pm EST on the record date of 13 June 2007 will be eligible to participate".
So don't know where that puts people who BOUGHT before 13th but not physically REGISTERED as a holder:-(
