The maths is pretty easy. The options are currently less than half the price of the shares.
When the shares are trading at $2.00 each and the options are $1.85 each would you like to own 50,000 shares or 100,000 options?
Shares would be worth $100k.
Options would be worth $185k as is, or $200k if you wanted to spend $15k converting them.
