ASIC considers increasing share purchase plan threshold

Well, regarding whether or not one can obtain an increase in SPP criteria from $5,000 to $10,000 or $15,000 or there abouts is achieviable. The benchmark is under review by ASIC and it has already shown it's amendable to the idea by allowing Cardno to do just so recently.

Note the period set for Cardno SPP just under 3 weeks.

Thus, it is quite clear SH demands for the opportunity to resurrect VCR for the benefit of all via a SPP is not a frugal prospect, pie in the sky dream at all.

As I said in an earlier post not all things are being considered with the last SPP attempt. The SPP attempt occurred slam dunk in the middle of a financial melt down; the November following the October crash and close very early December. That's a big physco hurdle to jump at the time me reckons!!! along with poor management perception, who conveniently denied us an EGM.
