share purchase plan?

Have any holders received their SPP documents yet.
I for one have purchased my allocation of 24k on market at 59 cents thus will not participate in SPP unless the SP is well north of 62 cents on 18/11/09.

At this time not a lot of volume has gone through at under 62 cents.
If the broker SCE & the company dont crank the price they may well have a short fall IMO.

SHARE BEAR i also agree that they need to sooner than later resolve the dispute with GFA as this should be the catalyst for the SP to head north to some where near where it should be.
