The recent announcement says that with the SPP the offer would be 'no more than the price offered to institutional investors',in other words not more than 15cents.
I wonder if the price will be less than 15 cents.
I am however rather pleased that the SPP was a decent price. This has provided plenty of cash for the future.
I'm just anxious to see the SP get out of the present 'vortex' and move north.
