On the subject of your post... *sigh*. Why on earth would they raise money to build a pellet plan they won't be needing for 14 years ????

They can't "prepare the mine" untill BFS is done and permiting is done, etc, etc. Strike 2.

I also don't see them raising anything like $100 million in the SPP. Its not priced attractively enough for s start and I still haven't seen what the terms will be.

There's no way in the world SDL will be a near term producer because even by their own omptomistic scheduling the infrastructure won't be in place until 2014.

Do you do ANY research before investing ? I can't imagie you're trying to ramp the stock because no-one with even the faintest idea about SDL would take the things you post seriously. Why post nonsense like this ? It is factually WRONG. No ifs or buts. It's just straight out misleading to anyone dumb enough to take it seriously.
