Today's announcement of a share purchase plan to raise $1.54 million by eligible shareholders subscribing up to $15,000 for new shares @1.6c each is likely to be under subscribed unless we receive more information.

We now know the partner is putting up $65,000 per month but we need to know what orders have been received in 2010, their value & from whom.

Give us a ballpark figure of what orders are expected to be received for the balance of the financial year & beyond.

When will the identity of the partner be known or under what circumstances will it be known?

In taking a partner or board we were told that this would overcome the problem of SMN's profile being too insecure for the major airlines to take a chance on this new technology.

If this was the case how have things changed?

What committments have SMN received from Boeing, Airbus, Embraer & Bombardier?

Before we invest more cash in SMN we need to see a forward plan & an estimated cash flow projection.

Even if SMN doed not know, we would like their best guess, then we can measure their progress against their estimate.

Mark, we need to know more. It doesn't matter if it is overly optimistic, just give us something to calm our anxiety.

By supplying through the partner SMN must now receive a reduced profit margin. How much margin has been sacrificed to bring the partner on board?
