    Lazio the reason for the SPP is to raise additional funds for the Company. Buying on market does not do this. Whilst a SPP is additional dilution the funds will be put towards the product testing which at the end of the day is what is going to make (or break) this company. I want to make money Lazio but paying an additional .01 in SPP is neither here nor there so I would rather give to the company
