Stigmata, could I suggest that you try actually reading the announcement of the Share Purchase Plan? This may represent something of an intellectual challenge, but, if you get through it, you will realize that, with a $5K maximum for any one shareholder, it is absolutely insignificant to a company or individual holding 5% of the stock. The benefits are virtually totally directed to the smaller shareholders.
