Is anyone at all concerned Why the spp Has been left open? This effectively provides a ceiling on the share price that will be very hard to break through. They said they have all the cash they need for 18 months, if they were confident the sp would be above 30c in 12 months time which we all are why would management not Raise funds then causing less dilution while not hindering the curent sp through this uncertain economic period.

Do they have alterior motives? I really just dont Get it. I'm a long term holder and I believe idc has a big future. But I think this is bad management.

That said I feel as though idc are coming into a very positive period, looking forward to upgrade and drill results. Good luck to all.
