I understand what you are saying but a placement and a SPP are one in the same, yes it doesnt give us holders access to discounted stock but if you buy on the right day its as good as a discount. For example the recent dip below placement price, I personally would rather the company reward me with results and an increasing share price over a discounted placement. Just my opinion though, GL to all holders
