Hi Guys

Have to agree another placement atm would be detrimental to the share price and create a larger overhang. We will not see another share placement until more capital is required for the first stage of production (stage 1)and even then the company may use some of the capital recently raised or money from option convertions.

I believe in one of the broker reports they specualted that the company would require somewhere in the vicinity of 60m dollars in order to get the roads and other required infastructure up and running. I personally hope that this money is sourced from a large holder in order to preserve the share registry.
