Well it's a big company and the retail amount $15,000 per shareholder would only allow 10,000 to take up a full allocation, so unless they elect to accept over-subscription I'd imagine there would be a substantial scaleback.
With some previous capital raisings of other companies I have sold down my holding and used the funds to either take advantage of the spp or re-entered on market some time later at a lower level.
I wouldn't be game to do that in this case.
