I am of the opinion that the scale back will be minimal.Don't forget our dividends have been slashed,the sp went as low as 9 something (cheers hotfire) and the media,in one piece I read, stated that the QBE business model was broken,and I quote' QBE,a house of cards'.
Now is the time for QBE to show faith to holders.My guess is length of tenure on the register.
As a $20.80 holder I expect favour over a carpet bagging blow in.
