And now? Where are the partners? They took days and desperate racing all around town looking for a miserable $10m. Trading at 82c a few weeks ago they tried to place at 63c but had to go to 61c. If that's not bad enough they are now openly offering stock at 61c to the retail.

This company is awful. It fell from 69.5 to 63c yesterday. I wouldn't touch it and I am looking for more stock to short.
