Why on earth didn't they offer FREE options on say a 1 for 2 basis as a'sweetener' for buyers of the SPP ?
I've told them that too!
With nothing to be gained by investors while SPP offer was out there, they have just wasted time and money. Postage!!!
Yes, it will be interesting to see how much was raised.
The good news is, despite the above, trading has been strong today. Market depth is 3:1 so plenty of buyers DID buy today. Looking at the trading times, some large parcels were purchased.
Looks like closing @25.5c (up 8.5%) which is nice to see. High for day was 28c.
NOW we'd be happy to pay 20c. But it's too late now. Opportunity for decent CR has been lost.
That was not a very good quickstep.It was a fox trot with beagles in pursuit to chase away anyone looking at taking up offer.
Maybe another Quickstep is needed to do another SPP WITH OPTIONS this time!
Still like their story, but as for management, well they really stuffed this SPP up.
