Attempting to fill a SPP at 10 cents has to be nearly impossible now. They will have to go lower, meaning more shares issued to raise the necessary funds, meaning more dillution.

What is happening with Yellowbank?? We haven't heard about it since the last quarterly report, when they were still evaluating it's oil producing potential..
